Services the site relies on

The pages are delivered by our hosting provider, Vercel, and the typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts. Neither is used to place cookies on behalf of The Wine Almanac. Our Privacy Policy explains the technical information these requests involve.

When you follow a link

Some links on Wine Stories are affiliate links, labelled as such (see our Affiliate Disclosure). Our pages load nothing from Awin or from any merchant: an affiliate link is a plain link until you choose to follow it. When you do, you pass through the affiliate network Awin before reaching the merchant. Awin sets cookies on its own domain to record that the visit came from The Wine Almanac, and the merchant's website may set cookies of its own. The same is true of any producer or other website you visit from ours. Those cookies are set by those websites, not by us, and are governed by their own cookie and privacy policies.

Managing cookies

Your browser lets you see and delete cookies, and block them for particular websites. Blocking cookies on affiliate or merchant websites may affect how those websites work.
